  • By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
  • By placing an order at clay aesthetics, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to buy from us.
  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by clay aesthetics as responsible for the personal information.
  • Events outside clay aesthetics control shall be considered force majeure
  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
  • Card information is transmitted over secure ssl encryption and is not stored.
  • Clay aesthetics reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
Shipping policy

    Most orders ship the same day, if booked monday to friday before 15hrs indian time.
    Orders placed during weekends are shipped the next working day not being a public or national holidays

    We charge our customers nominal shipping fee for one-way delivery. We follow a standard shipping policy which is 3-4 business days within india.

    Expedited shipping:

    For expedited shipping, the charges are more.

    It is usually air delivery or 2 days delivery. Please contact us for more details. It is applicable for fewer pin codes.

    It is not applicable for big pots/ planters or heavy products of more than weight 5 to 7 kgs as our products are fragile and require extra care for transporting.

    Indian postal service speed post is also used for delivery to remote areas where applicable so as to cater to our customers.

    Returns policy

    At clay aesthetics, by chance if you are not happy with the products you have purchased online, kindly note the following:

    • All products are made in India.
    • Each product is handcrafted by the artisans and helpers. All products are made up of pure clays. As such no bones are used in the process of manufacturing.
    • We ensure our best that all products are likely, but the nature of fire and pure clays at times result in each product being unique and slightly different from each other which might result in approximate specifications and measurements.
    • All these little imperfections, adds to the beauty of the product. We like them in nature too.
    • Kindly do not accept the shipment or refuse to accept, if the packaging is tempered or torn before delivery
    • You are entitled to an exchange within 10 days of your purchase and refunds within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.     Reverse pick up policy

    We do offer our customers a simple, reverse pick-up policy. We value our customers .

    Kindly mail us at info@clayaesthetics.com within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    Please mention your order number/ invoice number in the mail to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.

    Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unwashed, undamaged, not broken and not chipped and is in a saleable condition including the clay aesthetics tag.

    Kindly maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, thus preventing any damage during transit.

    The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 5 business days from the date of request. After receipt of product, refunds will be processed which will deduct the return shipping charges from the original price of the product.

    Where the pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick up through our logistic partners, the customer will have to arrange to send it back to us.

    Cancellation policy

    You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. We refund 90% of the entire amount to cover the order processing charges. Once the order has been dispatched through our logistic partner, only way to get refund is to return the product, in which case the shipping charges both ways will be deducted.

    Payment

    All products remain clay aesthetics’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are calculated before confirming the purchase.

    All transfers conducted through clay aesthetics are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

    Refunds:

    Refunds will be issued online through the same mode of payment as the purchase, that is through our online payment partner, PayU India private limited.

    Personal information

    All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by clay aesthetics as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you and to provide offers and information from our shop to you. The information you provide is only available to clay aesthetics and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request clay aesthetics to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the clay aesthetics conditions, you agree to the above.
